Welcome to the intro to our show? podcast? Honestly, not sure what this will be other than us sharing a window into our lives with you.
We own three business; Ferguson Films, a wedding video company (http://www.fergusonfilms.com), Alissa Ferguson Photography, a wedding photography company (http://www.alissaferguson.com) and a commercial video company called Cavalier. (http://www.thisiscavalier.com)
The idea isn’t too complicated. We’ve been married 10 years, we’re business partners managing three brands, we’re raising three children, and we like to talk. Somehow, we thought by opening up our lives in this way, we could offer even the smallest bit of encouragement or value to our friends and followers. Our dining room table is the central hub in our house. Business ideas, the kids’ schoolwork, puzzles, laptops, bills, books, and dirty dishes can all be found there on the daily, so we thought it was a good representation of how we attempt to juggle it all. Follow along with us as we fumble through this new venture.

“What’s next?” is the famous question all 18 year olds get asked too many times... we certainly didn’t know the answer for ourselves, but felt all the pressure. We talk about the varying paths we took to get to where we are today, how what we learned continues to shape our intention as parents, and what ways we hope to guide our kids as they face the same life decisions.
